The Form Generator allows you to specify which SQA scripts (.rec files) you wish to translate, and then generates a .txt file for each .rec file selected.
All common SQA statements are automatically converted. You can create your own user defined .map file which allows you to map your object names (i.e. w_fltrops) to whatever output you would like (for example, "Filter Options Window"). There are many user definable preferences and conversion options that you can set to control your output.
