Through web-based interactions, guided simulations, self-checks, and five optional labs taken at the end of the training, you will learn how to use the ClearQuest Designer to create, modify, and link fields; define new states, actions, and state transitions; apply ClearQuest packages and add new record type families; automate various ClearQuest functions; and administrate users and groups in ClearQuest. Mastering Rational ClearQuest Designer is particularly relevant to anyone who plans to administer a ClearQuest change request system, design a change request process, or customize ClearQuest functionality.
