These instructions will allow you collect and report requirements churn or revisions from Rational RequisitePro using Rational ProjectConsole.

This item was originally published in December, 2003.

Requirements churn is an important measure to track during the Inception and Elaboration phases. It can be used to show how stable or volatile your requirements are. As you approach the end of the phase, your requirements should be stabilizing. This package contains complete instructions for collecting and reporting requirements churn from Rational RequisitePro using Rational ProjectConsole versions v2002 or v2003. The instructions can also be applied to report on churn for any requirement type (e.g., Use Case, Supplemental, Test Case, etc.) that you have defined in RequisitePro.

Click here to download the instructions for v2002 and v2003.
