This IBM Rational ClearQuest Web-based training module is designed for beginners to get them started using Rational ClearQuest for the Web or Windows. This course emphasizes the practical uses of Rational ClearQuest v2002.10.02 and introduces the student to operational basics such as: create a new query, view public queries, search, submit change request, view a record, run reports, edit report, and view charts. Topics covered - Introduction to IBM Rational ClearQuest and general information architecture

Note: This is an introductory Web-based training course oriented to end-users. Installation and setup information are not covered.
