The RUP repository contains all the updated content for classic RUP as well as the updated Plug-Ins.
To use, extract the contents of the Zip file into your repository directory, usually \Documents and Settings\{user name}\My Documents\RUPBuilder\repository\ and then open RUP Builder as usual.
