By now, you should be mostly up to speed with the way we do development here
in Dublin. However, with tools as advanced as Rational ClearCase and Rational
ClearQuest, there will be more to learn as you get more comfortable with the
basics. For now though, you know enough to get started working on some real
defects that have been submitted by our customer support team in Australia.
