Jim Hildner has built application utility software for about 15 years. He joined IBM in 1995 to work with a small team providing tools to Y2K consultants. One of the tools created became IBM WebSphere Asset Analyzer. From 2000 to 2002, he participated in developing the first two releases of the software. In 2002, Jim started supporting the ADTOOLs as a customer advocate (File Manager, Fault Analyzer, debug tool utilities and advanced functions, Application Performance Analyzer, and more). Starting in April of 2006, he switched roles again, and he is now part of the EPS sales enablement worldwide team that helps sales reps understand the full EPS portfolio.
