Eclipse™-based tool for creating and editing Build Forge adaptor XML files.
Overview
The IBM® Rational® Build Forge® XML Editor is an Eclipse™-based tool for creating and editing Build Forge adaptor XML files. It connects to Build Forge through the Java™ API to access adaptors in
the database, and provides easier XML editing in an XML-aware editor window.
The XML Editor is a self-contained Eclipse rich client platform (RCP) application. To install it, extract the file BFXMLEditor.zip to the desired location on your system and start it by double-clicking on BF XML Editor.exe.
Note: A prerequisite for the editor to work is to have the Services layer up and running as this is how the editor communicates with the console.
Instructions for use are in the document: Build Forge Adaptor XML Editor.pdf
(see Downloads).
