Hello Monica,
We had some problems on upgrade process. The greatest problem was on
creation of snapshot views. I think that the new instalation has change the
permissions on server and I needed to add again the users to ccstg folder
permissions.
Also, the new version has keep the albd account, but create a new "sid" to
it, so for each new client instalation, I need to change the password of
the albd user.
How you said, you're using ClearCase 3.2.1, so you will need to upgrade
your vob schema and vob feature level. Be carefull and do backup of all of
your VOBs.
A good practice is install a teste server and do the upgrade on it. I found
a lot of problems in my test server, so when I finaly upgraded the working
server, I was prepared for the troubles.
