Please define "unable to Checkin...". Does this mean you get an error
message? Are the options visible in the ClearCase Context menu? Which NT GUI
(CC Details, CC Explorer, Windows Explorer) are you having problems with?
Would this, by some wild chance be a Versioned DO?

I am unable to Checkout from NT-GUI. I am in my respective view.
I am not even able to undocheckout from NT-GUI.
But I can able to do both the above operaions from Command line.
What could be the reason for not able to do Checkout or undocheckout from
NT-GUI.
