Do you get the ClearCase menu when you right click on the NT explorer?

I am unable to Checkout from NT-GUI. I am in my respective view.
I am not even able to undocheckout from NT-GUI.
But I can able to do both the above operaions from Command line.
What could be the reason for not able to do Checkout or undocheckout from
NT-GUI.
