[cciug] Unable to Chenkin / undocheckout from NT-GUI ...???

Hi All,

I am unable to Checkout from NT-GUI. I am in my respective view.
I am not even able to undocheckout from NT-GUI.

But I can able to do both the above operaions from Command line.

What could be the reason for not able to do Checkout or undocheckout from
NT-GUI.

Comments on this situation are highly appreciated.
