Our company recently purchased a company in Atlanta. We use Base ClearCase
4.1 for Unix, they don't use ClearCase at all. As a temporary solution until
the end of a current major project that we can install MultiSite, we need to
share data between both companies. The Atlanta office will be checking in
and out files and will be upgrading those changes at the end of the day. The
license and registry servers are located at the main office.
The best solution I can think of is creating snapshot views in a share
directory and upgrading the changes at night through some type of cron job.
Is there a more efficient way to do this without MultiSite or will this be
my best shot?
