If you're using an older version of the RCS keyword type manager, then you
could conceivably get this.

ClearCase calls the type manager on removal of versions (for example as
the result of an rmbranch) with an unbounded argument list of versions to
be deleted. Older versions of the type manager limit the number of
arguments to some small value.

The solution is to recompile the type manager with a larger limit.
