This is one of my minor complaints about the scheduler - there does not seem
to be a good way to be able to stop jobs running. The only 2 ways that I
have found to do this are:
1) kill the process that the job is running (must be done as user
clearcase_albd)
2) reboot the machine.
For this reason, I have most of my jobs set up to simply run batch files or
scripts so that finding and killing the process is easier to do (rebooting
is just not a great option for servers).
