Hi,

Does any one out there use ARCserveIT to backup their VOBs? I'm having a
problem getting the backup agent to lock the VOBs in the pre-backup script.
The backup agent does not seem to have a username associated with it when
the backups run, therefore it cannot lock the VOBs. We tried to change the
security setting on the backup server to use clearcase_albd, but it did not
work. Any suggestions?
