Is my first point practically good.
1)any way he created the view storage location
without any tag name(i assume becuase of storage
problem ).Insteated of unregister and remove the
storage location if he can able to associate the view
storage location with a new view tag then he is all
set.
for that :
cleartool mktag -view -tag NEW-TAG-NAME
OLD-STORAGELOCATION.
now he need not unregister the view storage location
and need not remove the directory.He can make use the
old one.
2) The problem came just because of space issue or
access to that specific drive issue(i think he is
working on NT)
