Hi
I did not understand if it was just ClearCase who could not acess the
server, or if it was any acess.
Try with ping:
1) Just the server name itself
2) The full dns path
Depending of the reslult, ypu know more about where yo look.
If for example 1) Works, you may have full DNS pathet to you old license
and registy server addresss.
This means ypu have to update it for every client. See administrator
manual on how to do it. Tou also must update yor site prep, so new
client get's it correct.
