One thing I see... You are using the variable $CLEARCASE_PN on NT when you
should be using %CLEARCASE_PN%. Change that and you may receive better
results.

I am working on NT, for making a branch I am keeping the mkbranch rule in

if some one checkout a file it is creating a branch for them.

cleartool: Error: Pathname not found: "$CLEARCASE_PN".
This message keep on coming..
Can any one tell me what is the wrong I am doing here.
