I'm afraid it is impossible to provide access only for two groups...
Unfortunately ClearCase uses UNIX native User-Group-Other access mechanism
so you can't share the object only for two groups.

times per hour. I suppose the first replica shall be with the first primary
group, the second with the second. So you will be able to checkin/checkout
the same elements of the same VOB by different group members.
