I need to guarantee that the group of the user executing a script is set to
a specific group. Can I define their group by setting the
%CLEARCASE_PRIMARY_GROUP% variable in a script to ensure that a view created
by the script will be created under that user AND group? I'm using
ClearCase 3.2.1.

And while I'm asking questions - can I use the perl umask() to ensure that
the view is created with the proper privileges? I've used it on UNIX
successfully, but I'm unsure about NT.
