Here are the three queries that I have w.r.t. ClearCase (UCM ).
WE are currently using ClearCase (UCM) 4.2 version.
1) How to make the "eye" icon point at the version being seen by the
graphical version tree (on UNIX end). Currently, I do not see the "eye" icon
at all while looking at the version tree when working from UNIX. I can see
the "eye" icon with NT. Also, this was not a problem on earlier versions of
ClearCase on UNIX end. I have used version 3.2.1 of ClearCase earlier.
This is a mandatory requirement to be able to see "eye" icon on UNIX. The
graphical version tree becomes useless without this option.
2) How to put an additional baseline / rename a baseline on the integration
stream ?. This should be on the integration view on the integration stream.
Essentially, the baseline has to be put for an earlier version of a
component - not the latest one . I should see this baseline on the version
tree.
3) How to map a dynamic view on NT (windows) to something like
Drive:/com/gale/dlv or something like that.? The point is we want the root
of the dynamic view to be at a lower level than the root of the drive. On
UNIX we can have soft links to overcome this problem.
Any inputs would be appreciated.
