NT or UNIX?
On NT/2000 there is a backout.exe that you can use to remove the patch. It
is located in the Patch directory that was created when you installed the
patch to the release area.
I've never backed out a CC for UNIX patch, but maybe the inst_rls script,
located under the <cc_patch>/install directory will give you an option to
remove the patch.
You can always uninstall ClearCase and reinstall witout patch 14. That
would be a little tedious of course, but is an option.
