I beleave explorier don't hang. (Whether your TEMP drive is not near to be
full or your view is not corrupter(try to explore with another/new view))
May be you have problems with network (too low connection) or with
Winodws<->UNIX interop tool (NFS Maestro Solo may hang in this maneer on a
number of sequential actions (CI 100 files for example) and SAMBA(TAS) may
have problem with a number of allowed connections)... As you see there are a
number of possibilities and you tell us nothing about your environment (CC
version, OS on your workstation, view, VOB servers and etc...) it is very
hard to tell something exect in such conditions...
