ClearTrigger Patch Notification

* Defect #004 (Windows Only)– (fixed in 2.0.1 and later) When not connected
to the
   Windows Primary Domain Controller and CLEARCASE_PRIMARY_GROUP was not
set ClearTrigger
   would exit abnormally.

- Fixed to work connected or disconnected to the Windows PDC.

This fix was for Windows Only.

        ClearTrigger (Windows) is 2.0.1
        ClearApply (Windows) is 2.0.1
        ClearTrigger_lite (Windows) is 2.0.1
        ClearApply_lite (Windows) is 2.0.1

        ClearTrigger (UNIX) is 2.0
        ClearApply (UNIX) is 2.0
        ClearTrigger_lite (UNIX) is 2.0
        ClearApply_lite (UNIX) is 2.0

To apply the fix - just replace the effected binaries.
