clearexport/clearimport will not work with UCM

I would double check to see if the elements a few levels deep are really
added to source control. I have seen inconsistent results with this. Use
clearexport/clearimport. It is a little awkward at first, but once you get
the hang of it, you won't want to use Windows Explorer for this again. Be
sure to have the root directory checked out before you import though!!!
