[cciug] Making a backup registry server

Hi there,

We currently have no backup registry server on our site.

To set one up, is it as simple as:

1/ shutting down Clearcase on each Clearcase host

2/ Adding the backup server hostname to the second line of
/var/adm/atria/rgy/rgy_hosts.conf on each host.

3/ Restarting Clearcase on each host.

The Clearcase scheduler will take care of the rgy_backup on a regular basis.
