  So you've already got the vob populated with all of your source? If
so, before you try and use it in a config spec, make sure "4100b740"
really is a label type that appears in the vob with "cleartool lstype
-kind lbtype" (Your config spec syntax suggests it is a label name.)

  You can go back to the default config spec and then use "cleartool
lsh -l <element>" to see what versions, branches, and labels are
actually there.
