Hi all I'm in the process of implementing clear case. The problem I am
having is that 90% of our code is used in all of our products. Because of
this When I perform a clearexport_rcs operation it translates all files into
Clearcase. However, If I am working on a windows platform and would like to
seed my project with windows files only. I can't. The admin book says you're
to set your config spec to the version selection you want in your project
and apply the label on all of those windows file only but that hasn't
worked. Here is what rational has suggested that doesn't seem to work.

element * 4100b740
#element * /main/Latest
while simple, in theory it should work but, the apply label wizard gives me
an error saying it can't find vob object. Can someone give me a good config
spec that will locate all versions that are labeled with a label lets say
4100b700.
and tell me how to use this god awful apply wizard>
