Our disk with the ClearCase storage share is "very heavily" fragmented,
according to Diskeeper. I have seen information warning us against
defragging ClearCase drives but can I perform this while ClearCase is down?
In the past our sysadmin performed the operation while the system was up
(contrary to directions) and we did not experience any problems.
