[cciug] ClearCase Trigger for rmver

Hello,

I want to apply a trigger for preventing the deletion of file-versions which
have labels associated.
The cleartool does this as the default if the -xlabel is not applied, but
the version tree browser does the rmver.

Does anybody have an idea to check if a label is applied to the version
using the environment variables set for triggers?
