Archana,

I don't think you deleted it, you most likely delete it's parent directory
and the element went to lost and found. To get it back:
1) checkout the directory that you want to move the element back to
2) cd to lost and found
3) do a cleartool mv
foo.c.55d3014ac5f94356b1c65a35d813ef3b ../some/directory/in/VOB/foo.c
4) cleartool ci ./some/directory/in/VOB/foo.c

If you actually deleted the element.. you have to go to back up tape among
other things..
