Problem resolved by changing the MVFS setting "action to take when new user
logs on" to NONE instead of UNREGISTER ALL VIEWS AND UNMOUNT ALL VOBS.
Thanks for your help!

Subject: RE: [cciug] views disconnected by MS Dev Studio Debug
We had problems with Debug hanging, this may be related. It turned out to
be a problem with environment variables. Check the values of HOME,
HOMEDRIVE, and HOMEPATH. If they do not point to valid directories you will
have problems. If this is your problem send me a message and I will give
you the procedure to change them, you cannot just change the value of the
variable.

be restarted. (clearcase 4.0 patch 21)
