[cciug] merge force -- even if not necessary

hi all

can anybody advice me on the following

/main/dvt-int-4.3.1/feat-x
merged down in the integration line

/main/dvt-int-4.3.2

now merge all things from feat-y to
/main/dvt-int-4.3.2/feat-y ( the same contents as in feat-x off course )

logically if I now try to merge down this also to
/main/dvt-int-4.3.2 CC will complain that all the things have bin
indirectly merged
and will do nothing.... about 100 files

how can I force CC to copy, merge, ci -ide ???? it , means if I want to
bring in
feat-y also to /main/dvt-int-4.3.2 even if there is no "code-difference"
to feat-x
only for having the "correct hirarchy"

is the a command that will do this task without doing tricks by hand in
xclearcase ?

I'm on UNIX
