[cciug] Versioning of Directories and not versioning the contents of HTML Files

All,

Does any one know if you can just version the directories
and not version the elements (HTML) files within the
directory. I have a requirement from the customer where
they want me to version the directories and not the files
within. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Have a
