[cciug] Access file element from cgi perl script!

Hi all,
I'm running CC4.1 on Solaris 7.
I have cgi script written in perl which must access an element within the VOB. The command is like this:

open(CCFILE,"/vobs/doc/indexfiles/indexfile.csv");

But how do I set a view in the script so that I can access the VOB element?
