[cciug] No permission to update snapshot view and to delete a branch

Please look into the foIlowing problem:

I try to update my snapshot view and the system responds with "Cannot detemine if updateing is allowed: Permission denied."

When I (as VOB administrator) try to delete a branch I get the message (cf. attachment): "Vob server operation 'Create Container' failed. Additional infromation may be available in the vob_log on host "hrspo-s-n-02". Unable to create a container in vob "\perfmngt", because of group "1049089" not in vob's group list." The vob log shows the following text:
