[cciug] detecting the completion of a deliver operation

I was wondering if there is mechanism to find out in a
perl script when a deliver operation is complete in CC UCM.

Specifically:

If I invoke "clearmrgman /deliver ..." from a perl script after
this command is complete, is it possible to detect whether the
delivery is completed/cancelled/suspended. If so, how would one
do it?
