[cciug] How to remove the links between the Component VOB and the PVOB

hi all,

 I deleted the componenet VOB which is linked to the PVOB by going to the
administration console. I again created the VOB with the same name and tried
to import it into PVOB as a component VOB. It is saying that VOB tag already
exists. But i can't see the component VOB in the project explorer under the
PVOB. In the physical storage location also it's not available. I checked in
the rgy files also. That tag has been removed from there. Why is it not
allowing to import as a Component VOB?
