clearvobadmin has been removed(this was relnoted in 4.0, just wasnt removed
in 4.0), and if you did an upgrade, you may still be able to click on it,
but it will not execute, The private/public vob creation feature that alot
of users relied on clearvobadmin has been placed in the regular vob creation
wizard.
