Hi,
Do a search for the dll -> vgal5x.dll in your explorer.
If you find it elsewhere, copy it to any one of the directories in the list
that shows up in the message box that shows the error. That would solve
it(quick fix).
OR
Add the path at which it is found usually at
C:\Program Files\Rational\ClearCase\bin
to your PATH setting in the controlpanel.
