[cciug] UCM: Are there problems enableing ClearQuest integration at a lat er phase?

Hello,

I was planning on using ClearCase UCM not integrated to ClearQuest through
Elaboration phase. At the start of Construction phase, I am planning on
turning on the integration. It there any problems in doing this? Has
anyone does this successfully?

PS: an excerpt from my CM Plan:

This project shall use Rational ClearQuest (v2000) to implement change
management and Rational ClearCase (v4.1) for artifact version control.
ClearCase usage will start at the beginning of the project. At this point,
ClearCase shall be used with UCM but not integrated to ClearQuest.
Everybody shall share a single development stream so that work may be shared
without having to deliver, baseline, and rebase.
ClearQuest usage will start at the beginning of the construction phase. At
this time, ClearCase integration with ClearQuest shall be used.
