[cciug] Adding ClearCase metadata into source code comments????

I am curious to know if anyone has successfully implemented ClearCase metadata into source modules. For example, is there a keyword that I can use within a comment block (C/C++).

/* Module name: $Source_name
    Modifier name: $Userid
    Date: $Date
*/

where $Source_name, $Userid, and $Date are variable names that would automatically populate with their respective values.

For example: $Source_name might equal telephone.c
                    $Userid might equal johndoe
                    $Date might equal 09/26/2000
