[cciug] Accessing View - Not Responding

I am using ClearCase 3.2.1 and all of the sudden we are having troubles
accessing our view and compiling. When I dbl click on the VOB name folder
under the drive letter for the View in NT Explorer, it hangs and Task
Manager says Not Responding next to that task. Also compiling is very slow.

I have tried running ping tests to that server and they all look good.
Everything on that server looks good too, and I don't seem to be having any
troubles with ClearQuest, which is also on that server, or ClearCase
Homebase. It seems to be just when we try to access the information in the
view that it chokes. This is happening on all of the ClearCase Clients.

Has anyone run into any problems like this before.
