[cciug] changing branch mastership when the master replica is gon e

Hello,

More of a Multisite question.

I have a VOB whose master replica is SITEA. I have a branch in the VOB whose
master replica is SITEB. I would like to change the mastership of the branch
to be SITEA. The problem is that replica SITEB was decommissioned months
ago. If I use chmaster, it gives me errors, because there is no way to
actually be at the master replica.

Can this be done?
