You can get the upgrade sent to you by going to the Rational
ClearCase web site and ordering it. It's free. Ordering
it is also the only way to get the Release Notes and
Installation Notes, as those are not posted on the web site
yet. If you download, all you will get is the CD contents.
Even if you are going directly from 3.2.1 to 4.1, I would also
suggest you also order the 4.0 upgrade anyway. The Release Notes
and Installation Notes for 4.0 describe differences between
3.2.1 and 4.0, and the Release Notes for 4.1 describe differences
between 4.0 and 4.1. To get all the differences between 3.2.1
and 4.1, you need the Release Notes for both 4.0 and 4.1.
I think the Installation Notes from 4.0 may also contain
information you need that is not in the 4.1 Installation
Notes.
