Please could you advice me as to how to resolve this error I am getting when
one of the developers is trying to set his view.

cleartool setview lb007
cleartool: Error:- Unable to find view 'jarrah:/home/lb007/views/lb007.vws'
from albd: error detected by ClearCase subsystem
cleartool: Error:- See albd error log on host stigma
cleartool: Error:- Couldn't set view tag
3afff7585d.344343fdr.a2a92.00:8789734: error detected by ClearCase subsystem

I have gone through his home acct. and the view does exist.
