[cciug] Another question about evil twins

Hello,

I've got an other question about evil twins.
It seems that everybody is doing a link to the existing element to avoid the
problem.
What I did when I wanted to avoid it, is merging the directory version wich
contains the element
to the branch where I want to have it too. And It seems to work...
Is that a bad idea ?
