Hi Eileen,

A different path you may want to look into, if you are also looking at
purchasing disk
subsystems, is to use a NetApp filer. This has a unique file system that
allows
a directory to be exported in mixed mode (i.e. NFS and CIFS). Using this
type of device removes the need for any NFS based product on NT clients
or Samba based (TAS) server. NT clients just access the device using UNC
pathnames, and Unix clients access the device using NFS pathnames.

See http://www.netapp.com for further details.

Cheers,
Sebastien.
