You can put locks on the branch type so that only one user or whom ever you want
to check in/out elements on a given branch.
e.g. ct lock -nusers <user1> brtype:<branch>

I'm quite new on ClearCase usage and I'd like to resolve the following
problem:
I have a VOB named "/vobs/MR" and its branches

main/dev_1.1/dev_1.1_user1
and I have the following views

Is it possible to create some triggers in such way that:
A) user1 MAY CHECK-OUT files into the view named "dev_1.1_utente1_slave"
B) and user1 CANNOT CHECK-IN files into the same view
